Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components originally included.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that show signs of use, are missing original components, or are returned damaged
- Digital downloads or complimentary items
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a prepaid return shipping label is provided by us, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for eligible items. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. If used, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- If the customer chooses to return the item using their own shipping method, they are responsible for the cost and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, you may submit a return request through your order dashboard or contact us at hello@masalamixgame.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address or a prepaid return shipping label if requested.
If a prepaid return shipping label is selected, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
